How the Circle works
The Circle comes in three tiers, so you can start with no commitment and go deeper when it feels right. Come to a free Open Circle first and feel the room for yourself. When you’re ready, step into a paid Core cohort — the full six-week experience. And if you want personal, one-on-one support, the Inner Circle goes the deepest.
Open Circle
A welcoming, music-supported taste of the experience — with no commitment. Come as you are, see how the room feels, and meet the people in it.
Anyone who is curious, or wants to feel the room before joining a paid cohort. Newcomers always welcome.
Just add your name to the waitlist and come to the next one. At the close, you’ll hear how the paid Core and Inner circles work — no pressure.
- Every 3rd Wednesday, 7pm (~90 min)
- Peer-hosted and group-led
- Music-supported (a curated set or ambient sound)

Core Circle
The heart of it: a full, facilitated six-week circle with a consistent group — where the real work happens.
People ready to go deeper with the same small, screened group over six weeks.
Cohorts form by demand off the back of the Open Circles. Add your name to the waitlist and we’ll tell you when the next cohort is forming and how to claim a seat.

Everything in Core, plus personal, one-on-one support for people who want the most depth.
People who want private attention and a more guided, personal experience.
